By creating an account, placing a subscription order, browsing this website or using our online services, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund and Returns Policy. If you download and use the accompanying enfile software, you are also bound by our End User License Agreement (EULA). All these documents together form the binding agreement between you and us.
- Eligibility and Accounts You represent that you are of legal age to enter this agreement and that your account information is accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password. Accounts may not be leased, resold or shared; device limits for software are governed separately by the EULA. We may suspend or terminate your account in cases of fraud, non‑payment, abuse or breach.
- Pricing, Subscriptions and Billing Products are priced in USD. WeChat Pay is settled in CNY using our fixed conversion factor; PayPal payments are settled at PayPal’s exchange rate. All subscriptions are prepaid and auto‑renew monthly, annually or for three‑year terms unless cancelled before renewal. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with at least 30 days’ prior notice. You may cancel within the notice period if you do not accept the new price. Service may be suspended if payment fails. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
- Refunds and Cancellations Rules for refunds, proration, early termination fees, currency and exchange treatment are set out in our separate Refund and Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
- Software License (Incorporation) Use, copying, distribution, reverse engineering, device authorizations and bundled‑package restrictions for the VFS software you obtain via subscription are governed exclusively by the End User License Agreement (EULA). These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the software.
- Intellectual Property All text, graphics, trademarks, interfaces, services and underlying technology on this website remain our intellectual property. You receive only a limited license to use the service and software, not ownership. You may not copy, distribute, resell, scrape or decompile without written permission.
- Acceptable Use You may not use our service for unlawful activity, network interference, attacks, abuse, mass registration or circumvention of license checks.
- Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability The service is provided “as‑is” without warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. This clause survives termination.
- Changes to Terms We may revise these Terms. Revised versions will be posted online, and continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email.
- Termination You may cancel your subscription subject to our Refund Policy. We may terminate your access and software license immediately for material breach, subject to the refund rules.
- Governing Law and Disputes These Terms are governed by the law of [Insert your jurisdiction]. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably; if unresolved, they shall be submitted to the competent forum.
